Use scope and dosage:
The product is mainly used for acidic foods, such as drink,
compound liquor, ice cream, popsicle, candy and colorful cream.
According to the different foods, the dosage also changes. Use dose is 50-200mg/kg, as drink, popsicle<100mg/kg, as ice
cream, candy, compound liquor<200mg/kg.
Direction for use:
Soluble in the water or ethanol, then add it to food and mix them
together. The product has good solubility in the hot water and
ethanol. It can be added to food after it has dissolved. On PH 1-7,
the product will show different color from bright red to bluish
violet. Myrica used to change food color will change the food PH
value towards alkaline. To regulate the food PH value we can use 2%
citric acid solution. The product can be mixed with all types of
food additives, except iron, oxidant and antioxidant, for example
essence, sweet agent, milk, antiseptic,etc.
Caution:
As the product contains anthocyanins, it is sensitive to light,
heat and oxygen. Water solution in direct sunlight for 5 days and
up to 80-degrees for 6hours, will drop the color value 10%. So it
should be protected from sunlight and high temperature. Solid food
should be packed with aluminum foil, and liquid food packed in
lighted protected bottle.
Security:
The product is non-toxic; it can lead to deformities and mutation
as examined by Country Security Antiepidimic Examine Organization.
The NOVEL value of 30 days feeding of the product is 250mg/kg(adult
maximum dose is 150mg/kg; 250mg/kg security dose is its 100 times)
